Maria’s Taco Shop is, a family-owned and operated business, has been a staple of Colorado Springs for generations. Maria opened the first Maria’s Taco Shop in 2016 and quickly stole the hearts of native and non-native Coloradians alike.

We strive to present fresh and meticulously homemade authentic Chihuahua and Michoacán Style Mexican Food. We specialize in hand made, from-scratch recipes, that bring that taste of home with every bite.

Not all Mexican food is hot! All of our dishes are meticulously prepared with an authentic, yet mild flavor. For those who like their food hot, we put a dish of hot sauce on the table. Maria’s Taco Shop uses only the finest ingredients. Our food is prepared fresh daily and our sauces are made from scratch using our own special recipes.
